The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including quality of products, quality of service and quality of the work environment. The AGM is responsible for supervising shifts at the assigned restaurant during his/her own shift; Oversees cleaning and maintenances of equipment and facilities and ensures that all health and safety regulations are adhered; Ensures fast and efficient resolution of service complaints. The AGM exercises excellent judgment in cost control procedures, inventory levels and labor management. Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent desirable. • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location. • Previous restaurant management experience preferred • Computer skills, preferably PC, desirable. • Serve Safe Certification desired.
