Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager drives the business at the restaurant level, setting and achieving the highest standards in the overall operation of the restaurant by supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e. hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, and scheduling), fostering a team work atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the restaurant's financial performance, and managing safety and security within the restaurant.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience as a restaurant management
• QRS experience a plus.
• Exposure and understanding of financials, P&L,
• Serve Safe Certification desired.
• BA/BS preferred.
