The Shift Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant, being self-sufficient while running a shift. The Shift manager takes ownership and responsibility to solve problems quickly, controls cash and security during the shift; manages product supply levels; ensures great customer service, excellent product quality, preparation and delivery; assures proper facility maintenance; promotes a team work environment; encourages and assists other team members to maintain performance standards; and manages labor, by shift, within acceptable variances and according to labor laws. Requirements: • 1 year restaurant or leadership experience required • Great customer service skills • Quick service restaurant experience a plus • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Bilingual a plus
