POLLO CAMPERO TO ADD CITRUS-INFUSED GRILLED CHICKEN TO MENU

Restaurant to offer customers choice: original tender, juicy, crunchy, or new citrus-infused grilled

LOS ANGELES – Pollo Campero, the Central American restaurant chain that brought its popular tender, juicy, crunchy chicken to Los Angeles in 2002, and has opened 17 stores since, will add another Latin flavor to its menu – citrus-infused grilled chicken.  The new tropically-flavored chicken dish, which was well-received during its national test marketing program, blends lime and orange juices, red bell peppers, rosemary, oregano and Pollo Campero’s own blend of secret ingredients.  Customers now need to make a hard decision – choose the original tender, juicy, crunchy chicken, or go for the new succulent grilled version.  The grilled chicken dish is set to launch March 4-6 throughout Los Angeles.
