LOS ANGELES, CA – ADIR Restaurant Corp, the successful master franchisor of Pollo Campero restaurants in the West, is extending its mission and brand to include identifying, developing, branding and franchising innovative restaurant concepts. The company will assess the food service and hospitality landscape with an eye toward pinpointing emerging restaurants that warrant an investment of capital and/or management expertise. The brand graphics include developing a logo, corporate identify package, and redesigning the website.

Recognized for the sensational cross-border introduction and growth of Pollo Campero to the western U.S, ADIR Restaurants Corp has opened 18 stores since 2002 with three more to open in the coming months; and signed several franchise agreements in the Los Angeles and Phoenix areas, with a more than 35 stores sold.
